How do I place an order?

Choose a style and size, review the product details and delivery estimate, add the item to your cart and complete checkout.

How do I choose my size?

Measure your bust, waist, hips and hollow-to-floor length. Compare them with the product size chart and our Size Guide, or email us for help.

How long does delivery take?

Allow approximately 5 days for production plus 10–15 days in transit, approximately 15–20 days in total. These are estimates. Contact us before ordering for a fixed event date.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. Request a refund or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery. Returns and exchanges are free, including domestic and international return shipping and exchange-replacement shipping. There are no restocking, handling or return-label fees. Refunds go to the original payment method; store credit is optional.

Are custom-sized, personalized and sale items included?

Yes. Standard-size, made-to-order, custom-sized, personalized and discounted items are included. For change-of-mind returns, items must remain unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered after delivery, with original tags and no customer-caused damage. See the full policy for details.

How do I start a return?

Email service@rovelliana.com within 30 days after delivery with your order number and request. We provide a prepaid label or arrange an alternative at our expense. Ship within 7 days after receiving the label or instructions. The request date determines whether you met the 30-day window.

Can I cancel my order?

Any unshipped item, including custom-sized or personalized items, can be canceled for a full refund with no cancellation fee. Once shipped, use our 30-day free return or exchange process after delivery.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or contact us.
